dir=\"ltr\">\u8bb2\u5ea7\u4e3b\u9898\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u4ea7\u6743\u4e0e\u89c4\u5212\u6743\u529b\u6765\u770b\u4e2d\u7f8e\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u7684\u533a\u522b<\/p>\n<p>\u8bb2\u5ea7\u8bed\u8a00\uff1a\u4e2d\u6587<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u7279\u9080\u5609\u5bbe:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Saul Wilson \uff08\u4e2d\u6587\u540d\uff1a\u5b59\u777f\uff09 is a PhD candidate at the Harvard Department of Government, where he studies urban politics in China.\u00a0 In his dissertation research, he studies how China\u2019s statist land system has motivated local government state building.\u00a0 His other work looks at the bureaucratic politics around urban development and the role of local leaders.\u00a0 He has published in China Quarterly and, in Chinese, in \u300a\u56fd\u9645\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u300b and
