It is an overseas wholly-owned subsidiary of Guotai Junan Securities Company , one of China 's leading securities brokers and investment banks. Shanghai Municipal Government , CIC , and Shenzhen Municipal Government are its three largest shareholders. \n\tDr. Yim Fung holds a doctorate in Economics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University . He has over 18 years’ experience in the securities industry. He was the deputy general manager of J&A Securities (HK) Ltd. , a subsidiary investment company owned by J&A Securities Co. Ltd. Dr. Yim is licensed as a responsible officer with the SFC to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 4 (advising on securities) regulated activities on behalf of Guotai. Dr. Yim also acts as a responsible officer of the Manager and is licensed to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (assets management) regulated activities.<\/p>\n

Pan Ming (\u6f58\u660e), Executive Director , Head of Institutional Business , Guotai Junan Securities (HK) Ltd
\n\tPan Ming has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and more than 20 years of experience in research and institutional sales in China-related equities. He is currently Head of Institutional Business , Board of Director at Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) , one of the largest brokers in China . He has built up Guotai Junan's international institutional business from scratch and now Guotai Junan has a distribution capacity of tens of billions dollars in the international market. He is a global co-ordinator in the H share listing of Shandong Chenming Paper with a deal size of approximately US$500mn mid last year.
\n\tPrior to joining Guotai Junan , Pan has worked for several major international investment banks , and he has worked for the Shanghai Municipal Government Planning Commission in the mid- to late-80s after graduation from Fudan University in Shanghai .
