Michael Jin

Dr. Michael (Xuecheng) Jin is the founding partner of TEEC Angel Fund, a super angel fund in Silicon Valley since July 2010 with over 120 startups under portfolio, and also on the Board/Advisory Board of six BioMed companies. Dr. Jin has extensive investment experiences in biomedical and health tech areas, and was co-founder of three high-tech startups in Silicon Valley and China, with the latest exit of iWatt to Dialog Semiconductor in July 2013 at $345M. He is Board Director of Tsinghua Entrepreneur & Executive Club (TEEC), and Co-Chair of TEEC Life Science and Health Tech Committee.

17 years of industry experience in Enterprise Software and Services. Expert in B2B, Cloud Computing, and Big Data Platform. Business Leader and strategy consultant. Former senior vice president of Beyondsoft leading its North America Strategic Business Group to grow from $3million to $65 million, which contributed greatly to Beyondsoft’s 2012 IPO. Extensive experience in building a sales team and high performance delivery team to deliver top of the class services to clients. Has involved in US M&A and after acquisition integration.

Hong (Henry) XueManaging Partner,Westlake Ventures;

Partner, Silicon Valley office of Cybernaut Investment

Hong has over 20 years experience across engineering, product management, market development and venture capital investment. As the managing partner of Westlake Ventures and partner of Cybernaut Investment Silicon Valley office, his investment focus on big data and cloud technologies; cyber security; FinTech; productivity-based applications and digital healthcare. His career includes technical management positions in Fortune 500 companies and Start-ups with international working experiences in countries like United States and China. He earned an MBA with e-Commerce concentration from Tepper School of Business of Carnegie Mellon University and his B. S. EE in China.
